We have a responsibility to ourselves and to one another, as humans embedded in the broader web of life, to remain ecologically and ecosophically informed. Only through a grounded understanding of ecological realities can we act with care, ethical clarity, and attentiveness.
This blog brings together natural history (often my own field notes), environmental and conservation science updates, reflections on ecological ethics, and invitations to action. It is an ongoing effort to connect knowledge with responsibility.
I choose to stay informed, to engage with evidence, and to remain present in a time marked by uncertainty and disruption. My aim is to act from that foundation rather than silence or avoidance.
This is one way of engaging with change: through attention, understanding, and practice.
